  1. His response tells me that he already knows the rules.Anyone who can read a sign that says "to bring gun, explosive, weapons,or alcohol on the premises is a violation of a penal code and can't help but think well duh!"(chapter 4 page 12)is someone who knows already.

Camp green lake differ in two ways for starter he thought even though he was going to this camp for the wrong reason "At least he'd get to swim in the lake."(chapter3 page7) However the reader found out on page 3 "there is no lake at camp green lake" I think the name is just suppose to mislead campers that way they don't know what their punishment is. The other way is he thinks it is going to be fun like the camp he made up on page 7 however little does he know what's in store for him will not be fun at all.

Like Mr.sir said "Nobody runs away from here. We don't need a fence because we've got the only water for a hundred miles."(chapter4 page15) Not only that green lake is the only palce with food for a hundred miles if you run you'll be making a great mistake. Also mr.sir Says "you'll be buzzard food in three days"(page15). I think he that he is referring to the rattle Snakes, yellow spoted lizard, and all other reptiles that are around camp green lake with out food or water your body will become so thin that it will be easey for them to eat.

No I don't think he will run away because right there at camp he has food and water the things anyone needs to stay alive.I woundn't ether considering that I won't find food for a hundred miles and if I do I have a even 50% chance that I will die.

Yes he does the right thing when he dosen't explain to mr.pendanski he is innocence. I say this because first off I understand why he didn't tell he said "He did not want mr pendanski to think he had a bad attitude"(chapter5 page17). I belive that not only that however stanley also dosen't need to get on anyone evil side because if that happens his time there will be a living nightmare.

I belive the nicknames are important to them because it is the only fun they have at camp green lake. Also it is like a new identity so that way the old peace of them is at home while this new form is at the camp doing their punishment for them.

Some of The boys call mr. pendanski mom because they fill safe around him like they do with there own mother.Unlike Mr.sir who is more of a dad.

  2. 1.) In chapter 4 it states "bringing guns, explosives, weapons,or alcohol on the premises is a violation of a penal code!". By Stanley reading this sign it reveals that he has a sense of humour. I say this because his expression shows that he thinks that know one can be dumb enough to do anything like that.

2.) Sense Stanley has never been to camp he thinks that where he's going is going to be just like what he'd seen on t.v. . But little did he know that the Camp Green Lake is going to be all peaches & cream. The camp he went to is just like a juvenile center . Or maybe even worse.

3.) Camp Green Lake doesn't have fences or towers because no one has ever ran from the camp and they know that no one ever will.

4.) I believe that Stanley won't run away because if he runs away that it would no where for him to go. He minus well get bitten by a yellow spotted lizard than to run away. And I wouldn't run away because I know if I had left than I would die.

5.) I believe that Stanley did the right thing by not telling anyone that he was innocent because everyone that gets arrested says the same thing.

6.) I believe that the boys nick names are important to them because someway they all earn there names. And there nick names minus well be there real names because they take there names seriously.

7.) I think that they call Mr.Pendanski mom because he is there for all the boys at the camp like a real mom is.
